Put the pictures in the order the reader should see them. The photos are not uploaded.

Can I mix JPEG and PNG files?
Yes. Drop them together and they become pages in one PDF.
Will the PDF include GPS data from the photo?
The image pixels are placed on the page. This tool is not a metadata editor. Strip EXIF first if the photo must not carry location data.
